John J. Cahill II is the third generation member of the Cahill family to be involved with John J. Cahill Inc., and currently co-owns the company with his son. He first became a plumbing contractor in 1969 before taking over the business. John was honored as Business Person of the Year 2013 by Evanston Chamber of Commerce. He has also been active in many organizations over the past 50 years in business, such as:

· Plumbing Council Chicagoland, with 30 years as Director and two years as Chairman

John J. Cahill III is the fourth generation of the Cahill family, and currently co-owns the company with his father. As a fully licensed plumber with over 35 years of experience, his technical know-how enables him to find the right plumbing, sewer, flood control, installation and repair solutions for our customers.

Tim Bean has been a part of the Cahill team for over 20 years. In that time, he’s become well-versed in the unique heating and cooling needs of the North Shore community. He helps our customers select the right boilers, furnaces and air conditioning systems—including SpacePak and Unico—for their spaces.

For 20 years, Lukasz Gofron has been a part of the Cahill team. Lukasz began his career as an HVAC technician, and now serves as our HVAC Service Manager. He works with our internal team and customers to provide a seamless experience for all HVAC maintenance, repairs and installations, and builds service contracts.
